Reporting

Beyond being just a service provider, Grace Cuisine is also a business, run by people who are accountable to budgets involving ever-changing prices and needs. For that reason, we understand the need for clear reporting and accounting. Our invoicing system will be timed to suit your fiscal year and can be done either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, as per your request.

We can present this in any form as well, and even submit electronically in a format you require for easy download into your accounting system. There will never be any confusing line items, as invoices will be individualized to your company’s needs, with as little or as much detail as you require and with full back-up documentation provided. There will never be strange deviations, or unclear charges, as all special events are billed and detailed separately to make your tracking and accounting clear and easy.
